While we are licensed, bonded and insured to perform work in all of Oregon and Washington, our primary service areas include Portland Metro/Vancouver and surrounding cities. Depending on your project, we may be willing to perform work outside our primary service areas.

While a large majority of the work you see on our website was performed directly by us, for certain projects we do subcontract our work (typically trades like electrical, plumbing, HVAC). We do assure that we will be on site to project manage and that all our subcontractors we use are also properly licensed/certified, bonded and insured. We have our team of preferred subcontractors that we have great business relationships with as to provide you excellent service as if we were doing the work ourselves.
