What are your services areas?While we are licensed, bonded and insured to perform work in all of Oregon and Washington, our primary service areas include Portland Metro/Vancouver and surrounding cities. Depending on your project, we may be willing to perform work outside our primary service areas.

Do you subcontract any of your work?While a large majority of the work you see on our website was performed directly by us, for certain projects we do subcontract our work (typically trades like electrical, plumbing, HVAC). We do assure that we will be on site to project manage and that all our subcontractors we use are also properly licensed/certified, bonded and insured. We have our team of preferred subcontractors that we have great business relationships with as to provide you excellent service as if we were doing the work ourselves.

How long have you been in business?We have been in business since 2018.

What is your turnaround time for estimates?While estimate turnaround times depend on the scope of the project(s), most of the times we can get your estimate within 2-4 business days after gathering enough information from you about your project(s). For smaller jobs, we can often get estimate within 1-2 business days and occasionally same day depending on our workload.

Can I receive an estimate based on photos and information I provide?Yes, absolutely. For smaller and/or less complicated projects, we often can provide estimates based off photos and details you provide about your project(s). We actually highly recommend you provide photos for any estimate requests. Photos can be emailed to us at: estimates@edgepointconst.com

Do you offer any warranty?For all of our work, we offer a 1 year workmanship warranty.

What does your workmanship warranty include?We warrants to the original purchaser (property owner at time work completed) that any work completed will be free from workmanship defects for a period of one (1) year (“Warranty Period”). During this Warranty Period, we will provide timely evaluation and service free of charge to correct the workmanship defect(s).

How to request a warranty claim?For all warranty claims, please email us at warranty@edgepointconst.com. Please provide details and photos (if possible) of your warranty claim and we will come out (typically within 10 business days) to evaluate your claim to determine if it's workmanship related or a manufacture's product issue. If workmanship related, we will schedule a time for us to come out and correct the issue. If it's something we are able to correct same day we will.
